In the course of the twentieth century, gouache started to be specially created in tubes for more refined artistic functions. Originally, gum arabic was utilized as a binder but before long cheaper brands were being dependant on dextrin, as is most paint for children.  In some cases you’ll see gouache called “opaque watercolor.” Gouache comb
